Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL12P43, PRAMEF28P, and ACTR3BP6. Each is linked with PPT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPT2-to-partner and partner-to-PPT2 results are reported.
