Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPRC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 370 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CABP7, POLE2, and ALKBH1. Each is linked with PPRC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPRC1-to-partner and partner-to-PPRC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPRC1 versus CABP7 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
