PPRC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPRC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,675 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-764P, LINC01050, and TLE6. Each is linked with PPRC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPRC1-to-partner and partner-to-PPRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-764P grouped by PPRC1-low versus PPRC1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
