Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPRC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,566 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPRC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maturation of SSU-rRNA, Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, and Telomere maintenance in response to DNA damage. Each is linked with PPRC1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPRC1-to-partner and partner-to-PPRC1 results are reported.
