Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP6R3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,825 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP6R3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA6, SRPX, and CXCL12. Each is linked with PPP6R3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP6R3-to-partner and partner-to-PPP6R3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP6R3 versus ABCA6 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP6R3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP6R3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
