PPP6R1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP6R1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,654 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP6R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR12, UBR4, and RNF123. Each is linked with PPP6R1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP6R1-to-partner and partner-to-PPP6R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP6R1 versus PRR12 in LIHC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP6R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP6R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
