PPP6R1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP6R1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,224 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP6R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SAMHD1, IL21R, and RASAL3. Each is linked with PPP6R1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP6R1-to-partner and partner-to-PPP6R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP6R1 versus SAMHD1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP6R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP6R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
