PPP6R1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP6R1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,313 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP6R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNMT3AP1, SNORD116-10, and MIR1269A. Each is linked with PPP6R1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP6R1-to-partner and partner-to-PPP6R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNMT3AP1 grouped by PPP6R1-low versus PPP6R1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP6R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP6R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
