PPP6R1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP6R1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP6R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with PPP6R1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP6R1-to-partner and partner-to-PPP6R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Annexin-1 grouped by PPP6R1-low versus PPP6R1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP6R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP6R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
