Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP6R1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,365 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP6R1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Endosomal transport, and Regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane. Each is linked with PPP6R1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP6R1-to-partner and partner-to-PPP6R1 results are reported.
