PPP6R1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP6R1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 391 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP6R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX9, LUZP4, and MUCL3. Each is linked with PPP6R1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP6R1-to-partner and partner-to-PPP6R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SOX9 grouped by PPP6R1-low versus PPP6R1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP6R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP6R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
