PPP6C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP6C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,686 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP6C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RABL6, TRAF2, and FUBP3. Each is linked with PPP6C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP6C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP6C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP6C versus RABL6 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP6C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP6C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
