Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP6C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,225 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP6C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNPS1, NFYBP1, and PFN1P12. Each is linked with PPP6C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP6C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP6C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNPS1 grouped by PPP6C-low versus PPP6C-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP6C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP6C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
