Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP6C mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP6C-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, ERK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with PPP6C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP6C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP6C results are reported.
