Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP6C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,711 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP6C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasome regulatory particle assembly, Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination, and Protein autoubiquitination. Each is linked with PPP6C in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP6C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP6C results are reported.
