PPP5D1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP5D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP5D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ42, RNU6-440P, and TXN2P1. Each is linked with PPP5D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP5D1-to-partner and partner-to-PPP5D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ42 grouped by PPP5D1-low versus PPP5D1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP5D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP5D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
