The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PPP4R3C Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP4R3C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD and LUSC are the cancer types where PPP4R3C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
