The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PPP4R3B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP4R3B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, LUSC, and UCEC are the cancer types where PPP4R3B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
