Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP4R3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,627 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP4R3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of mitotic sister chromatid cohesion, mRNA destabilization, and Regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation. Each is linked with PPP4R3B in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4R3B-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4R3B results are reported.
