The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PPP4R1L Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP4R1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where PPP4R1L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
