Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP4R1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,635 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP4R1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, PRODH, and GRK3. Each is linked with PPP4R1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4R1L-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4R1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP4R1L versus SNRPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP4R1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP4R1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
