Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP4R1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP4R1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher PPP4R1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP4R1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LUSC show a favorable association.

UVM, UCEC, and CESC are the cancer types where PPP4R1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
