Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP4R1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP4R1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PPP4R1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP4R1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and UCEC show a favorable association.

LUAD, OV, and PDAC are the cancer types where PPP4R1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
