PPP4R1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP4R1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,739 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP4R1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP14, YES1, and NAPG. Each is linked with PPP4R1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4R1-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4R1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP4R1 versus USP14 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP4R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP4R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
