Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP4R1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,358 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP4R1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLF15, RNMT, and MYL12B. Each is linked with PPP4R1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4R1-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4R1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP4R1 versus KLF15 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP4R1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP4R1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
