Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP4C Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP4C data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PPP4C Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP4C expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where PPP4C Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
