PPP4C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,292 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP4C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, UBFD1, and ATXN2L. Each is linked with PPP4C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP4C versus DCTPP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
