Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP4C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,477 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB2, VRK1, and ASPA. Each is linked with PPP4C in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PPP4C versus CCNB2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
