Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP4C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,922 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP4C-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, RNU6-1174P, and TRAJ57. Each is linked with PPP4C in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P32 grouped by PPP4C-low versus PPP4C-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
