PPP4C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP4C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,968 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP4C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, Interleukin-34-mediated signaling pathway, and Negative regulation of protein localization to chromatin. Each is linked with PPP4C in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP4C-to-partner and partner-to-PPP4C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway grouped by PPP4C-low versus PPP4C-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP4C→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP4C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
