Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP3R1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP3R1 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PPP3R1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP3R1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, KIRP, and MESO are the cancer types where PPP3R1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
