Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP3R1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,303 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP3R1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAST, WRNIP1, and MPHOSPH10. Each is linked with PPP3R1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP3R1-to-partner and partner-to-PPP3R1 results are reported.
