Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP3R1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,001 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP3R1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint, Regulation of hematopoietic stem cell differentiation, and Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint. Each is linked with PPP3R1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP3R1-to-partner and partner-to-PPP3R1 results are reported.
