Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP3CC Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP3CC data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PPP3CC Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP3CC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC are the cancer types where PPP3CC Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
