Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP3CC mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP3CC data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (CCRCC), where higher PPP3CC mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP3CC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and GBM show a favorable association.

CCRCC, GBM, and HNSC are the cancer types where PPP3CC mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
