PPP3CC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP3CC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP3CC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, C-Raf, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with PPP3CC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP3CC-to-partner and partner-to-PPP3CC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by PPP3CC-low versus PPP3CC-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PPP3CC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PPP3CC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
