Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP3CC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,360 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PPP3CC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of calcium ion import across plasma membrane, Negative regulation of calcium ion import, and Positive regulation of calcium ion import across plasma membrane. Each is linked with PPP3CC in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP3CC-to-partner and partner-to-PPP3CC results are reported.
