Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP2R5D Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP2R5D data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher PPP2R5D Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP2R5D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
BRCA, LIHC, and COAD are the cancer types where PPP2R5D Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
