Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP2R5D mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP2R5D data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher PPP2R5D mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP2R5D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.

PDAC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where PPP2R5D mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
