Across TCGA patient cohorts, PPP2R5D mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP2R5D-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, PDCD4, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with PPP2R5D in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2R5D-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2R5D results are reported.
