Across TCGA cell cohorts, PPP2R5D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,556 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PPP2R5D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication, Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Mitotic spindle elongation. Each is linked with PPP2R5D in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PPP2R5D-to-partner and partner-to-PPP2R5D results are reported.
