Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP2R5CP RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPP2R5CP data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher PPP2R5CP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP2R5CP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and BLCA show a favorable association.
KIRC, UVM, and SKCM are the cancer types where PPP2R5CP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
