Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP2R5A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP2R5A data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher PPP2R5A Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP2R5A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and STAD show a favorable association.
UCEC, STAD, and PRAD are the cancer types where PPP2R5A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
