Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP2CA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP2CA data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher PPP2CA Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP2CA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where PPP2CA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
