The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PPP1R9B mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R9B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and CCRCC show a favorable association.
LUAD, LSCC, and GBM are the cancer types where PPP1R9B mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
