Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R8P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPP1R8P1 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in brain lower grade glioma (LGG), where higher PPP1R8P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R8P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and STAD show a favorable association.
LGG, KIRC, and LUSC are the cancer types where PPP1R8P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
