Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R3G RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PPP1R3G data layer compared with 3 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher PPP1R3G RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R3G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and KIRP show a favorable association.
MESO, LUAD, and ACC are the cancer types where PPP1R3G RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
