The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PPP1R3G mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R3G expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, PDAC, and HNSC are the cancer types where PPP1R3G mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
