The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher PPP1R3F Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R3F expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, OV, and SARC are the cancer types where PPP1R3F Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
