Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PPP1R3D mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PPP1R3D data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PPP1R3D mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PPP1R3D expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and HNSC show a favorable association.

LUAD, UCEC, and HNSC are the cancer types where PPP1R3D mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
